Primitive Statue? Sol 542 was created by Haymaker

Unusual rock Vs small primitive statue. I've been looking at Sol 542 today. I think I've already seen this on the internet somewhere. Just one for reference.

What I find interesting is that the statue/rock is well rounded, in contrast to many of the other rocks/objects in the image. It definitely is worth a second look.

You're right on that one. There shouldn't be enough liquid flowing on the surface to smooth a rock that way, right? So what shaped it?

Or, alternatively, what didn't shape the objects with sharp edges. Those may be newer then the rounded, weathered rocks. Which leads to the question, "Where did they come from."
