looks like an outrigger arm that is made with square tubing, a cylinder end for the swivel axle of a caster wheel. other mechanical pieces nearby & a pile of rubble that could possibly be the dilapidated remains of a machine.

Lots of casters needed for suspended structures, which I think is what we are looking at. It's only a very small piece, but you will find these all over the place, all around the planet. Think big, think spherical building. That's why on the Moon and Mars (and the Earth) there are more of these funny looking circular plateaus than craters. My opinion, but the rocks are there. Check my posts on this site.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.
