Derelict boat inside Martian crater and other Tech

I discovered what appears to be a type of vessel, almost like a boat with torpedo launchers on each side of the boat helm. It even looks like a sculpture of an eye.
I checked the entire photograph and only found this one, totally out of place.
PS: There's also what looks like machinery, some type of transportation craft or other technology near the vessel. Check it out.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.
