Raw images with black squares was created by Joe Hartung

Good evening from Germany,

sometimes there are Curiosity images with little or bigger "black squares" inside. And these squares cover parts of the image so that one can not see the "big picture". Does anyone know the reason for that phaenomenon? (technical defekt, image artefact ? or something else :-)

....... )

We can see such images in those from Sol 1789 under

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.
