Opportunity Sol 4534 Pan-Cam Image in (RGB) Color was created by Todd

The image below was taken by Opportunity's Pan-Cam on sol 4534. Opportunity has been imaging different parts of this hill the last few sols. The colored layers of material on the hill are quite striking, especially unusual is the purple layer towards the hilltop, strange looking stuff. I used the browse jpg color filter images (L2 L5 L7) and stacked a color (RGB) version. I also filtered some of the cosmic ray spec noise out of the L7 filter image.

Here is a closer Pan-Cam image of a nearby sample from sol 4527, I processed RGB using the raw browse jpg L2, L5, L7 filter images, enlargement below.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.
