I was originally under the impression that the Juno mission would be able to image moons, I at least didn't hear otherwise until Juno arrived at Jupiter. Ganymede must be studied, unless the residents there object.

Definitely needs to be focused on, I can't see what else would look like a city / cities, illuminated on the surface could be other than ... Well... Cities...

I for one think the Moon's of Saturn could hold the key for a human settlement - more than Mars much much more...
