I thought about not posting this because it is sort of off topic for this forum. However, there is a tie-in to Mars. Please bear with me as I explain:

In the book “City” by Clifford Simak (1952) , there are one or two scenes where an Earthling talks to a Martian. They hold these conversations via two linked rooms, one on Mars and the other on Earth.

These two rooms are set up so the Martian senses that he is sitting in the Earthling’s study on Earth while the Earthling senses that he is on Mars. I first read it in 1970-71. Since then I have always hoped I’d live to see such a room.

Well…Here ya’ go!
