Apparition Caught On Police Station Monitor was created by Badsneaker

This is pretty fascinating. At first maybe not exactly right for a forum on anomalies. But at the moment our work is considered to be in the same category. What I like about this particular report is that the story is not treated like a big joke with scenes from Ghostbusters thrown in.

I think the attitude of the reporters reflects one of our principles here: I see what I see, you see what you see. (Thanks Will!)

I believe I have a good explanation for the whole phenomenon. But just for fun let's see what you think.

I saw this, and thought it was very neat as well, I will give it a shot as to what I think it "could be". I think if the police are using the older way of recording, by using a "tape" like the "vcr" did it's possible that it could be footage that was left behind due to the tape being erased, and reused so many times. thus causing a ghostly appearance of someone walking that was previously recorded showing through, or the police are playing a early Halloween prank on everyone. lol it really is great footage either way. thank you for sharing this with us. ben..

That is my thinking as well. Plus it seems that even the cops themselves apparently either ignored or didn't see Ghost #2 standing on the other side where Ghost #1 exited the fenced-in area.
