Great set of images there Todd, Nice work...

After messing around for a week or two with these mosaics, I now realize how hard it is to get the colour(s) and contrast right... Looking back at some early images I did they are totally crap...

I've been working on this set for a week now, and it seems the more I mess the worse it gets - So here's my best attempt so far with what I would think is a good balance of colour - However different monitors make a difference, a massive difference! I use a "VGA" 17" monitor at work, and a 40" HDTV at home, the differences are amazing!

I do my good man, Again created these at work and spent ages - the colour looked less yellow on the VGA monitor - Now im looking on the HDTV and the colour(s) are to yellow/gold.... I'll get there slowly, and I'll try a cyan filter on this set and try again - Doesn't help im using a couple of crap PC's - they are so slow and limited on Ram the amount of freezes I get using Photoshop is unreal... Not long until I buy my son an upgrade so i'll have his old system with 12gb ram and a 1060 ... can't wait!

:)

Cheers Todd

[EDIT]

Ok so I didn't upload the pics to my cloud at work so I have tried with this set of images from Sol 1081

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
