I cannot take the credit for finding this one. That honour goes to the beautiful and gracious Martine Grainey.
Here is yet another example of things that don't look like they belong on the Martian surface, let alone being oddly shaped "Rocks."

Just below it ( above the big grey rock in the foreground ) are these curious shapes.

It is weird but I think it's a little far and a little too small to see any real detail. The feature barkingsteve posted has some interesting properties, it appears to have a possible outer covering with several internal layers appearing the same in diameter. Here is a processed DRCL from the PDS.

I think it's just too small of an area for the established focal lenth to get a good read on it, but here is an enhanced enlargement anyway. ;)

I can't help it, but the first thing that comes to my mind is part of a broken quadrant lying there.

While this may be a little far-fetched, perhaps this is part of a mechanism of unknown function.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
