Mars SOL 1492, another smoking gun ? was created by Joe Hartung
Today I took a view on different new images from the Curiosity Rover, taken on SOL 1492. The following image

mars.jpl.nasa.gov/msl-raw-images/msss/01492/mcam/1492ML0075080700603744E01_DXXX.jpg

contains a very interesting structure in the upper right area. To recognize it, you have to slightly enlarge the image. Attached to this message you can the the orignial raw-clip from NASA and enhanced version with three remarks in red writing about what I see in those structures:

a) a clear right angle
b) stairs on the left side
c) a chimney or at least cylindrical structure on the top of, what might bee seen as a roof.

As always I would like to know what you guys out there see / recognize. I´m looking forward to your comments.

Greetings from Germany ... have a great Sunday.....

Joe

Welcome to the board! Glad to see so many new people coming in with things to share lately! The rover sure has hit pay Dirt! Sure looks like a roof of some sorts. Or maybe even a foundation that has been uprooted. WHatever took out Mars surely destroyed the surface! Looking forward to more posts!

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
