New tower on our moon! Lroc

Tower and structures on the Moon. ??

Just found this image of mine from back when Nasa released the Lroc 687 billion pixel of the moon.
It does look like a tower of a kind. In fact it reminds me of a windmill without wings ..

Here its not zoomed that much

Something looking like a square box / entrance ??

And what looks like some square foundations, with a dome shaped "something" just a bit to the right of the arrow in the middle.
