NASA'S MAVEN mission is still on for launch even though the Delta IV Rocket has had some issues with the upper stages of the rocket.  The Atlas V rocket is similar to the Delta IV's upper stage engine.   I think I misspoke and said that it would be launched on a Delta IV..  http://www.floridatoday.com/article/20131019/SPACE/310190011/Engine-tweaks-delay-Delta-IV-launch-from-Cape
