YouTube User: whatsupinthesky37 -   This is the time lapse from August 23rd 2012 at 6:10am to 8ish on the lower eastern shore of Maryland.  (Ocean City MD Area)  Usually they spray about 2 days ahead of any precipitation that will be falling on our area but this time the patterns were different in the sky (Much more vertical lines) as well as no storm coming accept the hurricane.  Are they steering it?
